Been following their updates in Google Search Console

In fact, if you haven’t been following their updates in Google Search Console you may have missed some of them. It’s been quite a while since I updated my Google Keyword Ranking console application. The last time I checked it was in version 5.5. And even though I am not an official Google employee (they keep me on their payroll), I still follow their updates like a hawk because I want to stay on top of what’s happening in the search engine world.

When I updated my Google Keyword Ranking application, I also opened a new private browser for testing purposes. The Google Keyword Ranking console application allows you to view your site’s organic ranking, paid listing positions, and paid advertisements. I especially like it because now I can monitor changes in my competitors’ campaigns, which can be really useful to get an idea of how my competitors are positioning themselves.

Let’s say for example you compete with a local online pizza shop for a specific keyword. If you have two keyword phrases that refer to pizza, you might assume that if you get the ideal number of visitors for those terms, your website should rank high on Google for those particular keywords. But what if Google has recently changed their algorithm and puts your website on the new, second page of search results? You suddenly realize that you can’t compete for those keywords with your competitors who have been getting high rankings for months now. This is due to Google changing their search engine ranking system and suddenly putting websites that are offering pizza discounts at the top of the search results. You can see where this is going.

This is exactly why it is so important to stay on top of the latest news and updates with Google. I use this strategy myself and let others do the same for me. I always stay on top of what Google has to say and make sure they (the search engines) are not messing with my rankings one bit. With the changes to Google Keyword Ranking and private browser tools, staying on top of the game has never been so easy. And it’s only going to get easier.

What I love about keeping up with Google is that they tend to not do what many experts (me included) have told them, which is to put your website or business at the top of the search volume list for a specific keyword phrase. So you are up against some pretty heavy competition for keywords like, “healthy restaurants in New York”, “top restaurants in Los Angeles”, etc. But with the organic restaurant keyword tool, I find it easier to rank for these targeted keywords.

What is also great, is that there is a tool available called the chiefs Keyword Rank Checker, which automatically keeps track of your competition. By using the Keyword Rank Checker, it becomes easier to keep an eye on how well your keyword phrase, and other related keywords are doing. This means that you can monitor your organic restaurant’s SEO efforts to ensure that they are getting the traffic they need to improve their overall search engine rankings.

The final thing I want to discuss is the ability to track exactly where your keywords are performing in the search engines. If you are marketing a healthy restaurant in New York and you realize that you may be out of your target market, you can use Google’s Consumer Behavior Tracking to see exactly where your ads are influencing the demand. From this, you can then fine tune your advertising to more specifically reach your consumers, as well as revamp your website to make it more appealing to the organic search crowd. In short, Google Keyword Ranking and areas are the perfect match to help you rank higher in Google.
